About the event
Join us at Dharma Yoga in Mullica Hill, NJ for a 90 minute mind and body centered prenatal in-person workshop.
You will be guided through a gentle prenatal yoga practice that will not only help keep our bodies flexible and strong, but will touch on some of the many poses that we can utilize during birth to create the perfect position for baby's descent. Different breathing techniques throughout our practice will be vital for a calm and empowered birth, while meditation and relaxation techniques will help us learn how to calm our anxious minds.
After our practice, we will learn the science behind creating the perfect birth affirmations and affirmation cards to keep our minds focused on the positives of birth and how we can implement them into our daily practice throughout pregnancy to make this positive mindset second nature.
