If you want a Positive Birth...
You're in the right place
A doula is a non-medically trained professional who supports, educates, advocates, coaches, and nurtures a mom-to-be throughout the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Nurses will come and go, doctors and midwives come towards the end to receive the baby, but a doula is a familiar, trusted person that can help you birth your baby.

“In giving birth to our babies, we may find that we give birth to new possibilities within ourselves."

What is a doula?
A doula is a source of physical, emotional, and educational support from the start of your pregnancy journey through the early motherhood phase. Whether you've been dreaming of a home birth or you are welcoming your baby into the world at the hospital, whether this is your first child or your tenth, you want to look back at your birth experience and feel empowered. Having a doula on your journey will ensure that you feel nurtured and your needs are heard and validated from pregnancy through postpartum.

We dive into your birth plan, coping techniques and more during our virtual consultations.
Whether this if your first baby or your last, a birth doula offers unbiased and unconditional physical, emotional and evidence-based educational support for you and your partner.
